The Conceptualisation of the Competition Legal System of Macao under the Perspective of EU Competition Law

摘要

This book sets forth the legal provisions, relevant concepts and theories of the EU and the Macao SAR in various policy areas for the protection of fair competition, as well as citing typical judicial cases in the EU. The relevant areas covered in the book include:
1. Antitrust;
2. Cartels;
3. Mergers;
4. Liberalisation of trade;
5. State aid; and
6. International operation.
The author makes a comprehensive comparison between the EU and the Macao SAR on the legislation of the fair competition law and puts forward the key directions necessary in order to establish a fair competition law for the Macao SAR.

中國政法大學法學博士、澳門大學歐洲事務碩士、華僑大學法學碩士，為獨立研究員，兼任澳門大學持續進修中心和澳門法律及司法培訓中心培訓課程導師，並獲多個公共部門邀請為其培訓課程導師。法學研究主要集中於經濟法，尤其是政府採購法及公平競爭法。專著有榮獲“第三屆澳門人文社會科學研究優秀成果評獎”著作類優異獎的《澳門特別行政區政府採購法律制度研究》、另有專著《The Conceptualisation of the Competition Legal System of Macao under the Perspective of EU Competition Law》、以及論文集有《澳門特別行政區政府採購法律制度研究——論文集》，並且在多個研討會及學術期刊發表學術論文20逾篇。
